Registered Marks, Copyrights, and Web Material LOVE HOPE RANCH holds U.S. and international trademark registrations in LOVE 7 HOPE, LOVE & HOPE RANCH, LOVE HOPE RANCH, the logo, and others. LOVE HOPE RANCH claims common law and state trademark rights in “Catchphrase Catchphrase™”, and others. Collectively, LOVE HOPE RANCH registered and unregistered trademarks are referred to as the “LHR Trademarks.” All rights in the LHR Trademarks are reserved by LOVE HOPE RANCH . The LHR Trademarks may not be used except to promote Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD) help and recovery services and/or raise funds on behalf of LOVE HOPE RANCH and its programs. Use of the LHR Trademarks to raise funds for any commercial purpose and/or for any non-profit other than LOVE HOPE RANCH is strictly prohibited.
Except where otherwise noted, all works on this site, including written materials, artwork, graphics, photographs, sound recordings, and video (collectively the “Copyrighted Materials”), are copyrighted by LOVE HOPE RANCH. All rights are reserved. Users are permitted and encouraged to download, reproduce, and distribute the Copyrighted Materials to inform others about the work of LOVE HOPE RANCH, provided that the Copyrighted Materials are not altered in any way, are reproduced in their entirety, no fee beyond the actual cost of reproduction is charged, no more than 1,000 physical copies are made, and the Copyrighted Materials are attributed to LOVE HOPE RANCH with the accompanying copyright notice or the following notation: “© 2020 LOVE HOPE RANCH.
